Graft를 할 경우에 해당 Graft에 Contracture가 오게 됩니다. Graft 직후에 바로 볼 수 있는 Primary contracture는 Dermis의 Elastin의 영향으로 Graft가 줄어드는 것을 말합니다. Dermis의 Elastin이 많을 수록 즉 STSG보다는 FTSG가 더 잘 일어나는 것으로 되어 있습니다. 그리고 상처가 Healing이 되면서 보이는 Contracture를 Secondary contracture라고 합니다. 상처가 회복되면서 Myofibroblast의 영향으로 일어나는 것을 말하며 FTSG보다는 STSG에서 잘 나타나는 것으로 되어 있습니다.
