Engraftment syndrome 를 의심한다면서 피부 생검을 하는 경우가 있어서 찾아 보았다. 밤 늦게 눈이 살짝 감길 때 이 논문을 봤을 때는 관련 내용을 찾지는 못했다. 하지만 자고 난 다음에 다시 똑같은 파일을 보았을 때에는 관련 언급을 찾을 수가 있었다. 역시 피곤할 때 복잡한걸 하면 안된다. :)
찾아본 결과에 의하면 역시 acute GVHD와 유사 소견을 보일 수가 있다는 점이다. 그나마 다행이기는 한데, 사실 acute GVHD는 왠만해서는 유사 소견을 보일 수 있는 질환이 매우 많다는 것이 문제다. 임상적인 양상이랑 일치해야 하는 부분이 있다는 것이 중요하다.
An ES-associated rash following autologous SCT has been described as being similar to that of acute GVHD in the allogeneic transplant setting. In Lee’s series,1 the initial 23 patients with a rash had a skin biopsy performed which showed changes consistent with acute GVHD.

굳이 외울 필요까지는 없지만 알아두면 요긴한 그림. 육안 검사할 때 같이 생검 결과와 같이 보면서 하면 쬐끔 도움이 되기는 한다. 하지만 전립선 조직은 다 슬라이드를 만들어버리기 때문에 ㅡㅡ;;
